Day 10
01 October 2017
Edinburgh, Scotland
18:00 Today was a peaceful day of aimlessly wandering and stumbling upon a few nice spots. The first place that I immediately ran into when I spotted it was the Surgeons’ Hall Museums.

It is multiple floors of seemingly endless preserved specimens, books, and models. The museums are separated as the Wohl Pathology Museum, History of Surgery Museum, and the Dental Collection. Those of you that know me know that I spent most time in the pathology part, of course.

I found this next museum just in time. The Museum of Childhood. It was a tad creepy, to be honest. A room full of dolls with that dead look in their eyes is very unsettling to me.

The other displays were very interesting and after getting sucked in I realized that it was completely empty. Maybe no one goes to this museum because of the scary dolls? Nope. A man that works there came up to me and asked what I was doing inside because they were closed. Oops.

I made my way back to the hostel and got all of my things bundled back up. Now, I am on my way to a good night.
